Our sales organisation is structured industrially, which results in a seamless flow in all areas of our enterprise. Today our company has the following stepped structure:

  • Quotation processing
  • Order processing
  • Work preparation
  • Materials management
  • Manufacturing: Cutting to length, soldering, crimping, assembly
  • Various types of manufacturing help
  • QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, extended with important components stipulated in the ISO TS 16949 rules and regulations
  • Final inspection appropriate for the product
  • Microsection laboratory

Microsection laboratory

With the microsection library, through a compact design and simple handling we can produce microsections of crimp connections within minutes. The stranded wires, as well as the crimped contact can be made visible through an etching process. The microsection laboratory enables a fast and precise decision for the required guidelines of crimp connections and significantly contributes to quality assurance.

Also continuous improvement in the area of environmental protection is a core aspect of our efforts. In this regard we strive to bring the expectations of our customers, of the public as well as the owners into harmony.

Since October 2014, we have been working in accordance with the IPC/WHMA-A-620 – standard for the manufacturing and installation of cables and wiring harnesses.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 describes acceptance criteria for crimped, mechanically secured and soldered switch connections and the appropriate criteria for binding and fixation in conjunction with cable and wiring harness assemblies.
